Bio

Mo Chahrour graduated with a Diploma in business from Seneca College. After brokering energy contracts for properties he began working in property management for a number of residential and commercial properties in Central and East Toronto (Yonge/St. Clair, Danforth/Coxwell, Mount Pleasant/St. Clair, and Don Mills/Eglinton).

Mo handled all aspects of managing tenants and maintaining properties, and in the process become familiar with the Residential Tenancies Act. Growing up with family involved with commercial and residential property investments, he decided to obtain his real estate licence.

​Today, Mo works with first time buyers, helping them purchase condos, houses, and investment properties. His approach is to build long-term relationships with clients that know what they want and have their financing in place to make a purchase. Mo uses his extensive knowledge of property leasing and maintenance to assist his clients in making an informed and wise buying decision.
